Live-Aboard Mileage Builders & Intermediate Cruising Courses, set amidst the breathtaking beauty of the Thousand Islands in Lake Ontario. Taught aboard our Catalina 42 MKII, participants will have the opportunity to build their big boat and chartering sailing skills while enjoying the scenic surroundings.
As you navigate the pristine waters of the Thousand Islands, each day brings new challenges and opportunities for skill development. From mastering sail trim techniques to refining anchoring maneuvers, participants will be responsible for all aspects of the trip, including passage planning, meal planning, and other necessary tasks.
The Thousand Islands, with its myriad of scenic coves, picturesque islands, and ever-changing winds, serves as the perfect backdrop for this hands-on learning experience. Participants will have the chance to fully immerse themselves in the sailing lifestyle, enjoying evenings anchored in tranquil harbours and unwinding with fellow sailors.
